I have 3 PCs all with same hardware, 2 are fine but one will not allow me to connect to it.

I get the following errors in the logs...

CLoginServer::CheckIfConnectionIsAllowed: GUI check timed out or cancelled, Errorcode=13

CLoginServer::CheckIfConnectionIsAllowed: Incoming connection from <MY ID> denied, because TeamViewer is not visible, Errorcode=13

CLoginServer::runServer: Connection is not allowed

Having to use TV version 12 on the client PCs as they are Ubuntu 14.04 I know it's all old the hardware and software running on these can't be upgraded.
