Unable to access iphone with teamviewer licensed.

We are currently in a trial to use TeamViewer to access QuickSupport on iPhones of our users and clients. We have the tiral license for remote support of mobile devices.

When attempting to connect to an iphone from a work computer in our primary location, we get: To use this functionality, you need an additional license.."

When I tried this from my home office, it worked fine. Which leads me to believe there is a firewall rule at which we need to look.

My question is thus: What ports, other than 80, 443, 5938 could be the issue?
