Connection shown offline if TeamViewer app is closed on mobile phone
I'm using TeamViewer to access an Android phone with a free license (and I think the most up-to-date TeamViewer version). If the TeamViewer app isn't left open on the remote phone, the connection shows offline and the only way to reconnect seems to be to open the TeamViewer app on the remote phone. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance!
