Auto close tickets closes all the tickets?

how does auto close work on tickets?
Is it normal that it closes all the tickets according to the parameter that we put? 
Shouldn't it just auto close the ones waiting for a response?

There is no technical information about it in any manual?

Hello,

I have the same issue.

I need to know if the Autoclose just close the open unanswered Tickets which are in the wait for response folder.
