I have somehow ended up with my personal email address being the Company Administrator, I would like to change this to a general email account, however, we I go to change my account role, I cannot change it from Company Administrator. Is this something that can be changed in the back end?
Also, when I try to submit a ticket, it throws me back to a page telling me I need to activate a licence. I have a Corporate licence activated already! Why can't I submit a ticket!?
