Why can't I connect

Teamviewer version 15.30.3. When I try to connect I get the message that You are currently offline. Please check your Internet connection.

The internet connection is fine and I was able to connect readily yesterday. I'm running Windows 10 Pro.

    Hello @SJGEE,

    I recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.

    If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.

    Hi,

    Some remote clients would not connect but it is online to TeamViewer console. When we tried to connect, the lower right-hand corner shows connecting then stopped. Stop and restart TeamViewer service on the remote client via RDP would not help TeamViewer to connect. Any suggestions?
