I'm having some problems with my account and I need your help. I'm trying to connect with someone else and after a few seconds it disconnects me without me doing anything. I cannot submit a ticket to ask and resolve my problem, it doesn't let me and I don't know why. When I go to manage subcriptions I see that what I have now is active.Ā
I searched and I saw that in order to submit a ticket you have to have a valid teamviewer license. Do I have to do anything else? Since my subscription is active my licence has to be valid right? I have made the payment a month ago. Also do I have to activate any license? I haven't received any emails about that.Ā
Also I need to say that I didn't have this problem before, it only came up this week. The subscription period was from early May this year to early May next year, so I really don't why it was normally working until now(for a whole month) and it suddenly stopped. Can you please tell me what is the problem and what I can do to fix this? Because I really need the teamviewer connection.
