We have setup SSO and on the workplaces it is working fine. Also on iPhone we can login with FaceID and it will login immediately. However on Android phones it will keep asking for a double login. First it won't remember the credentials for TV and than you will have to fill in the SSO credentials again.

Is there a way to get it working the same as on iPhone.

I recommend opening a ticket and attaching the log files of one of the Android devices to it.

Our engineers will be able to have a closer look at the issue.
