I am unable to log into my Teamviewer account (a different one, not the one I am posting this message as) because I never receive the "Device authorization needed" email required to add my computer as a trusted device.
I have checked the spam/junk mail folders, I have even had my mail admin whitelist the @teamviewer.com domain for receiving email. I have tried many times.
It looks like Teamviewer is not actually sending the email. Is there a way for me to get in touch with support at Teamviewer to ask them to check their outgoing email logs to see why outgoing email to a particular teamviewer account is not going through?
I will provide the email address to support if I am able to contact them. Please help. Thank you.
