remote access is no longer working.

i have an active license that is valid through 12.30/2022. i have a single user with access to 3 designated computers. however now when i try to login to any of the 3 computers i get an error message saying "We are sorry for the interuption bla bla bla you have been supporting others professionally. im only accessing 3 of my own computers. supposedly i can start a support ticket but when i try to log in this community is my only option.

this began a couple of weeks ago when i added a third computer. when i go to the managment console i can see the three computers. Any ideas on what the issue is?
