Hi, does anyone know if it's possible for a customer who I helped to be able to rate the quality of the help provided? Like when I disconnect a pop-up appears where the customer can choose from between 1 and 5 start and leave a comment. Thanks.

Thanks for the clarifications - I can see how switching your method of operation to a different module could be a bit cumbersome with that many clients!

Great news! With a custom QuickSupport module, you do have the option to show a customer satisfaction survey!
In order to utilize this, Automatically add users to a group in your Contacts list must be checked.
If unchecked, the option will disappear:

thanks a million for your answer. I use Teamviewer at the moment with my customers saved as contacts. I have about 700. This is exactly what I need but it would be impossible for me to switch to quicksupport (my customerts are also not very knowlegeable in computers). Would it be possible to pass this on as a suggestion for using in the full client version with contacts?. Thanks again!
