Mobile to Mobile only works if first initiated from desktop
I use TeamViewer to assist my mom with her smart phone at times.
What I have been noticing lately is if i try to connect to her mobile TeamViewer (TeamViewer host) it initially will not have the connectivity arrows next to the device name (<- /->). So when i click on it it takes me to the "File Transfer/Details & Alarms" page of the app. Doesnt give me the option to connect to the remote host.
HOWEVER
If I go on my desktop computer and double-click the same remote host the connection can be established. THEN AND ONLY THEN can i close the connection from the desktop and go back to my mobile device and see that the double arrow indicating the remote host is available to be connected to and i can then click on it and connect to it.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same problem with my mums mobile. The double arrows next to the device name are not there anymore, and the only option I have is chat only. That is on Android mobile app. On the desktop I can connect to the remote mobile with no problem. This has happened during the last two days , before there was no problem. On mums mobile I have installed Host
