Can't remote iPhone from computer

Dear all,

I have installed Teamviewer Quick Support on my iphone 11Pro with 15.5 iOS, installed Teamviewer Control Remote and logged in on a computer running windows 10 but can't control this iphone but can only view the iphone's screen.

Pls help me

Thank you for posting on TeamViewer Community!

You are doing everything right with the remote connections to iPhone. Currently TeamViewer only have screen-sharing on iPhone devices.

If you would like to remote control a mobile device, Android devices are the better options.
