xorg dummy not working

Hi all,
I want to use a monitorless setup, but I need to reach the desktop GUI sometimes.
OS: ubuntu 20.04
Teamviewer is installed, and works fine when a monitor plugged in.
Without a monitor, I can't make it work.
I tried the solutions with xorg dummy screen. But it looks like it can't login to the desktop GUI when xorg dummy is installed.
SSH works OK when xorg dummy is installed, but the teamviewer can't start, it looks like there is no working dummy screen. I tried many xorg.conf settings with no luck.
How to make it work?
