remote computer screen freeze after a few minutes

im running the latest Version: 15.31.5 (507fdddf498)

and every time for the last month im connected to my client's computer, their screen froze & the only way is to close the connection & start again....

and after a few minutes same issue... can't work properly, very annoying...

im using a Mac without any Anti-virus or anything else.

my internet connection is always over 300mbps
