Hi we are new in deploying team view. is there a preference what which installer should be used for end user desktops (Win10). Full installer? Or is there a lighter version? We have several ways to deploy. Has anyone had issues using a script? We have Intune to deploy managed devices in Microsoft and we have older laptops AD joined (so GPO) and Kaseya to deploy the rest of the devices.

    Hello @SteveRA,

    Congrats on your first post!

We have a complete step-by-step user guide for setting up your Tensor license and deploying TeamViewer. Please check it out here:

📚 Tensor License Setup Guide - Overview

Regarding your question about which installer to use, it will depend on what your end-user will be doing.

With the Full Client, you can connect to others and others can connect to you.

With the Host, you can't connect to others but others can connect to you (and it is, indeed, lighter).

Both can be deployed via Microsoft Intune.

Let me know if this could help and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask them here.
