Where are Invoices saved?
I have a free account and only use Teamviewer for personal use. I received a letter from Creditreform claiming I was sent to collections for "outstanding receivables". My account shows as "Free" and I have never received an invoice in email, in mail, I've never bought anything, signed up for a trial, nothing. I think this is a scam, but want to be sure.
One of the very last lines of the letter says "You can also transfer money directly to TeamViewer. You will find the payment details on the original invoice. If you choose this way, please inform us, including proof of payment."
There is no reference to what account, email, nothing - just "invoice R01*****6"
