Why an active license cannot access to the work station on one specific laptop
I have a email special used for accessing the workstation from multiple laptops (A master email). All the laptop are ok to access the workstation except one. When that laptop try to access the workstation, it shows it is been flagged for commercial use. Have been confirmed that is a paid license from customer service. When called the customer support, been told there is no phone service on my account, and a case is already opened, but they wouldn't tell me what case information it is. They only say check the email which I didnt received. Since there is already a case open, so I have to upgrade my license to get some to help me for figure it out.
Quite ridiculous situation to me for a paid service. And really disappointed to the customer service level and didn't really see a point why they are existing.
By the way, anyone can help with the issue?

Hello @zx4061,
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!
It could be that your workstation has not been added as a licensed computer in your TeamViewer account.
Make sure you did Step 4: Add your remote computer(s) to your TeamViewer account for the workstation that is not working.
I hope this will fix it.
