Set Numbers Password on TeamViewer quick support

hello

i have team viwer quick support 11 (downloaded 12 -13 also )

i have a password lenght of 6 letters+numbers

i want the password to be 4 numbers!

i cant see option of doing it. no "security" option to do it .. not at 11 or 12or 13 ver of quick support

my workerscant handle with letters+numbers

how can i do it ??

    Hello @Tomer_crow22,

    Congrats on your first post!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible anymore to set a password of 4 characters.

    If you create a custom QuickSupport, you can choose if you want to use 6, 8, or 10 characters.

    You can configure this from the Custom Modules tab within the Design & Deploy menu of the Management Console.

    Hope this could at least answer the question.
