this Buddy already in the buddy list

hey,

Every time I search this error there isn't any actual Reponses to a fix.

I have a machine that is attached to my account.

I've removed the account, reboot and re-added it, and it still doesn't appear properly

I can remote on with the TVID, but the computer doesn't appear within my org as a "computer'

I logged into the web management console and see the TVID under "unnamed devices" but it just appears as "offline" cant delete, and if i try to add it to the appropriate group i get the following errors

    May I ask you to check on the list and confirm if this contact list is shared by someone else, please?

    You may simply check on the cloud next to the list name please. The grey cloud means you have shared the group with someone, and the group with the white cloud defines that the group is shared with you.

    If the contact list is not owned by you, then you don't have permission to edit the list, that means you are not allowed to change the ID and contacts within the list.
