Team Viewer Quick Support does not work on new android devices. Help!
Hi, i normally use teamviewer to connect to android devices via quick support for tech support...
Since a few weeks we expierence problems with new android devices:
I can connect normally and i see the homescreen, but as soon as i open any app the screen goes black (on my pc, on the device you see all normal). And so i cant do anything except opening apps.
I have not figured out how to solve this and i cant find similar entrys on google.
I am also not sure if this is "repairable" by teamviewer or if its a problem with new security options for android.
Any suggestions? Do you have similar experiences?
The version i testet last was a Samsung SM-A326B running android 12.

I have found the new update to Quick support will not work with any new versions of Android boxes. It will still work fine with Android 9 but not with 10,11 or12. I have tried installing the new version on friend's devices. QS will install on Android boxes above 9 but will not open. The old version worked fine. It's just the new version that does not.
