How can I cancel the individual subscription??
I bought the 3 connection individual plan and then added 3 more connections. I use this to help out churches in our community, and they do not cover this access.
The 3 additional subscriptions do not show up on the account. I am trying to get help.
The portal and customer service is terrible. It is impossible to find help, and despite us paying for this service no one is around to help you.

It seems you have a Remote Access license.
For a Remote Access license, you can confirm how many endpoints you have and how many endpoints you already used from Management Console.
Would you mind checking if you can see 6 endpoints on Management Console under your profile setting?
