Team-Viewer keep asking for license but I'm a commercial user

Hi,

I'm unable to connect my Hosts anymore and out of a sudden.

getting this message, all used to be working without any issue:

"a connection could not be established, it seems there might be a licensing problem, with your connection partner. connection to this device requires a valid team viewer license for you or your connection partner"

why am I blocked suddenly?

    Hi @yanivg,

    If you purchased a license in the past, please go ahead and activate your license by following this guide: Activate your business license

    Do you no longer have your activation link? Please go ahead and send me your e-mail address used for the purchase via private message.


    However, if you didn't purchase a license, you are most likely getting that message due to being flagged for commercial use. Please request your reset here: Reset Management

    Please make sure that both devices have the latest TeamViewer version installed, you can find that here: Download TeamViewer

    hi Justin,

    Thank you for your reply, I have tested another host which has latest team-viewer version.

    This time I was able to connect, however once I tried to connect I got a message saying:

    "it seems there might be a licensing problem with your connection partner. connecting to this device requires a valid TeamViewer license for your of your connection partner"

    After this message the connection was established for about 1 minuet and then got disconnected.

    Trying to connect again to the same host showing this:

    "Connection blocked after timeout.

    your license limits the maximum session duration to a partner, immediate reconnect are blocked.

    please try again or upgrade your license.

    Connection to this partner will be blocked until 13:31"


    This seems to me like a licensing issue although I'm a commercial user and all was working for me until recently.

    is there a way to revert this to be as it was?

    Are you logged into your account, meaning does it show that your license is activated on your account?
