No Connection with direct lan and static IP

Hi,

I connected my Laptop to my Intel NUC using a direct Lan-Cable Connection. I can establish a TV-RDP until i give a static IP-Adress to the NUC. TV shows that IP-Adress "your ID" on the NUC. But i can not connect from the laptop.
