I need to connect to computer running an old version of TeamViewer. I have no physical access to this devices.
What's the solution pls ?

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!
The only solution would be to update TeamViewer to the latest version manually.
As you won't have physical access, the only solution is to ask someone who does it for you.
