Teamviewer Doesn't Recognize 49" widescreen 5120 x 1440 resolution

Options

I have a computer with 3 monitors. The main monitor is a 49" Samsung set to 5,120 x 1,440 resolution. The two other monitors are very old and have low resolutions and I don't use them except to reference periodically. The monitor I'm viewing it on is a 43" with 3840 x 2160 resolution.

When I log into TeamViewer I'm only offered the two old monitors which have a max resolution of 1920 x 1080 (also it changes the orientation, but that's a different problem). This isn't big enough to be helpful.

How do I use the 49" widescreen or at least have a greater resolution on the screens that are offered?

An update: issue persists after 2 weeks. I have not been able to locate a solution.

This is still an issue. I'm guessing that Teamviewer doesn't permit a user to change the resolution? Does anyone know if this functionality will be added in the near future or have suggestions for other products that support different screen resolutions?
