I get the error Incoming connection failed with the following error:
LOGIN failed.
Not connected. No email resource at: {outlook.office365.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert}INBOX
can anybody help me ??

i had open a ticket with support but they can't help and stop reply...
This will stop working after the 1/10 2022 when MS is turning of Basic Auth
I was able to get this to work by following this - vanbrenk.blogspot.com/2019/04/enable-basic-authentication-for-one.html, created a standalone policy and putting the email address in question into it, enabling AllowBasicAuthSmtp:$True and AllowBasicAuthImap:$True, excluding the email address from MFA and creating an app specific password for the same email address that is simple no special characters.
