Partener password forgot

Yesterday I was on the phone and I activated the password, but it didn't appear. When I wanted to look at the computer again, it asked me for the password, but I don't know it. the problem is that I am 1500 km from the computer and I have no way to find out the password from my partner, but the computer is connected with the teamviewer account.

In order to access the remote computer whenever you want (as long as TeamViewer is running), you can either:

• Set up Easy Access to have unattended access (which we strongly recommend)
• Set up your Personal password

In any case, you will have to first connect remotely to the device. Please make sure that the random password is not disabled in TeamViewer options:
