We have not used the product in the past 2 years. The 2 individuals that would handle this have left. I tried calling the company per the phone number on their website for support. I went through all the prompts, would be put on hold with music and then the call would just be terminated. This happened multiple times. I than created a chat for help. That this was not something that they could help me with. I was instructed that I would have to prepare a change of contact letter on our letterhead changing it from the terminated employees to myself. I was told that the subscription renews annually, and the vendor requires 30 days notification in writing prior to renewal in order to cancel. I am not sure if the email accounts on file (which are still active) were ever sent a reminder email of the renewal coming due. Once I submitted that I received an email explaining the policy and that the subscription department will be reviewing it. I have read that you have 7 days after payment to cancel as well. But that was not included in the email. Is that valid? We do not plan to use the services and would like to cancel any assistance would greatly be appreciated. The clock is ticking are renewal is 8/21.
