Data Usage per day/month

Good Day!

Why does Team Viewer data usage go up in this latest update?

We are monitoring our devices/units using Team Viewer for almost a year but we did not encounter high data usage before, Then now the consumption of the latest updated 15.32.125v is too high within a day and our devices/units are out of data because Team Viewer Host already used up the data of our devices/units.

    That is an interesting case. Our support engineers are the best-positioned people to have a look at this.

    I recommend opening a ticket and attaching the log files to it.
