Team viewer is not working on my pc.

Whenever I installed the team viewer on my pc but it did not work properly.The pass and id of the other user can't fetch and therefore it did not work for me. kindly help.

    Could you please explain your issue in a little bit more detail?

    When the other user is giving you his ID and password, do you have any error message saying that it's not correct?

    💡 Tip of the day: If the user gave you his random password, it can happen that this one changed already when you try to connect to the remote device. With his permission, you can set up a personal password, especially if you need to access regularly his device.

    Don't hesitate to reply with a screenshot that can help us determine the cause of the issue.
