Had a fully working teamviewer subscription. Renewed my subscription this year. Somehow my client went back to the free version and now all connections end within second.
When i log into the customer portal, i can see my commercial license and see my payment, but dont understand how i get my client to recognize my commercial license.
Ive searched this site endlessly to open a support ticket which keep redirecting me to a community page. In the process ive lost days of my time trying to figure this out and support issues have gone unresolved on our end. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED! PLEASE ALLOW ME TO ACCESS WHAT I PAID FOR.
