How to update TeamViewer on cloud that is older than 15?

I have a customer with a remote server on cloud. His TeamViewer is older than 15.

I can't access it.

What is the solution?

    If you can't access the remote server via TeamViewer, the only solution would be to update TeamViewer manually.
