Thank you for the clarification, @rrios
This can occur when the Access Control settings of one of the devices is altered.
Please verify that Access Control setting is still set to Full Access, under Advanced settings for connections to other computers:
If set to View and show or Confirm all, it is possible you can only point (at which point the blue cursor appears).
I hope this helps! Please let us know if the issue persists.
Hello @rrios
Thank you for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer community!
In order to assist, we will require a bit more information.
Could you please let us know the operating system and devices in the connection? There are a few things that could cause this, and they are dependent upon this information.
If you could provide a screenshot of the 'big mouse pointer' this may help us as well, so that we have a visual idea.
Thanks in advance! We can't wait to hear back from you 😊

Thank you very much Josh. The settings you pointed to were set as them in my pc. What I did was to open "home" on my scrren and and opened device management and clicked on open team viewer options and checked option "do you want to grant partner full control, then the big blue mouse pointer changed to normal pointer.
