Authenticator App Access lost

Hi, i recently upgrade to a new phone and unfortunately i thought if my Iphone is backed up in icloud it will include my authenticator app settings, sadly this wasn't the case and resulted in me losing access to all my apps linked to my authenticator app and it included access to my teamviewer account,
i need to aske someone from the teamviewer support team to disable my linked authenticator app so i can add it again to my new account.

There are two options you can follow to get you started again:
If you own a professional TeamViewer license:
- Please contact our support via phone, they will guide you through the procedure: Contact us via phone
If you are using the free version of TeamViewer:
- You can create for free a new account: https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#register
- If creating a new account with a different email address is not an option and you want to use this same account again, you can request the deletion of your TeamViewer account by writing an email to privacy@teamviewer.com.
- Once our dedicated team deletes the account, you can create the TeamViewer with this email address.
