I often get max user connected is full

Hello

we are paying premium subscription and it is the second time we get the error message (in french, i don't know exactly how it is in english): all the remote control slot are used, can not connect to the computer.

it is the second time we got this message, it start to be a bit annoying.

    Hello @leurne,

    Great to see you posting for the first time! 🚀

    With the Premium license, you can only start one connection at a time.

    If a connection is already opened, if a user tries to start another connection, they will receive the error message you have mentioned above. To avoid this, you need to add channels to your license (AddOn channels) or switch to another license that would fit your needs.
