I try to use the free version, and I got a authorization maill, I try to start the service, but it shows "The authorization you are trying to start is already started in a different TeamViewer account."
How can I do?
I always can't use the full functions.
I try to enter the other accounts but no one accounts get the full functions.

We would need some clarification concerning your use-case for a better understanding.
When you mentioned the "authorization email", are you referring to the trusted device email sent when you tried to login with your TeamViewer account for the first time on the device?
Also, would it be possible to send us a screenshot of the message (without any sensitive data)?
If this is the same situation with different user accounts, maybe there is something going on from your local device. I would recommend you to check if the latest version of TeamViewer is installed on both sides of the connection.

And I enter the other account "fisher@XXXXX.com" not XXXXX.cc
It shows the free version, but not full.
And I try to add new device, it shows unknown error.
