No ID and password shown on remote devices

When I start TeamViewer on my PC it looks alright: my ID password are shown. When I start it on the remote devices (iPad or Android), a complete other screen is shown, no ID or password, only the Partner ID field to connect to another device.

I am not able to connect from PC to remote device. The other way around I can, but that's not what I need.

Can anyone advise me? Thanks!

    TeamViewer has Remote Control and QuickSupport applications available for download and remote connections on the mobile device.

    I believe the app you are using and showing the screenshot from is Remote Control and it is for initiating outgoing connections to other devices.

    If you want to connect from a PC to a mobile device, like having an incoming connection on the mobile, please use TeamViewer QuickSupport. When the installation is completed, you will see the TeamViewer ID in the app.
