Hello Community!

I added a MacBook Pro device to my Teamviewer account and connected to that device for about one month without any issues. A few days ago, I upgraded the remote MacBook device to macOS Monterey 12.15.1 (21G83) and after restarting the device my TeamViewer connection was lost. Actually, the status of the remote MacBook device is ONLINE and READY to connect with a green light. However, when I try to connect to that device, I see a "CONNECTING.." message and after a few minutes, I see an "Authentication Cancelled" message. Could you please help me to fix the issue?

Please see the attached log file. Please NOTE, that is a TXT file please remove the ".PDF" extension then open it as a TEXT file.

    Hello @TechLand,

    Congrats on your first post!

After reading your post, the first thing that comes to my mind would be to restart TeamViewer on both devices.

This fixes this kind of issues in most of the cases.

Let me know if this has helped!
