System tray can't be seen on client machine


Hi,

When I connect to one of my client machines:

1) I can't see the system tray.

2) It appears for sometime and vanishes again intermittently.

Any help to fix this and make the system tray viewable forever would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    It looks like the scaling is not ideally set.

    I recommend trying the best scaling option as shown here and check if it improves the experience.

  • That did not work unfortunately. It showed up as soon as I connected, but the moment I started working on one of the apps on the system try, all the icons vanished.

    So, back to square one.
