TeamViewer will not even launch. Needs windows permissions

I have an older paid licensed version of TV running on a Windows 10 PC. However, I can't seem to launch the TV app to even be able to access it remotely. The PC environment is under the administrator's account. This system of mine is at another location so I can't look into the issue much as I am not standing in front of the system.
Any ideas?
