Issue in copy and paste

I am running a business online and selling software online like gym booking system. so my support team uses the team view to assist our clients.
But the issue they are facing is that they can't copy and paste the data from the client's systems. I have tried reinstalling TeamViewer, but the issue is the same.

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🚀
To be able to copy/paste properly, your users must activate the Clipboard synchronization in the Advanced options.
Once enabled, they can copy/paste as the local clipboard will also be available on the remote side.
