TeamViewer prompt for password when connect to remote host

Hi,

All remote hosts are configured with easy access. We have some remote hosts that would prompt for password when we remote in. We had to click on the Advance plus sign and then enter the remote computer administrator credential to get in. Any idea why some remote hosts are asking for password? How can we correct them?
