Hello there, I am struggling with TV's system because I am not receiving any email to authenticate my account.
I have tried several times without success. Note that I received properly TV's email about community but there is no trace about email with authentication link.
After inserting license number I can login at the right top hand my account as "Premium + Meeting Crew" but it continues to remind me to authenticate!
Any operator is available via phone and chat!
Very frustated that a so easy task requires so many time, you see.
Please, help me.
