Could you please tell me which TeamViewer version you are using on your device?
And also - are you using the Web Client? Or are you using a client?

My TeamViewer version is 15.0.14842.
I am not using WebClient or any client.
I restarted laptop again but still the same issue

I see that you are using an outdated version. Is this enforced by your company?
If not, could you update your client to the latest version and check if it fixes the issue?

Yes the version I am using is pushed by the company along with security updates yesterday.
