Teamviewer host not visible on IIYAMA touchpanel

We use Teamviewer host on 10" touchpanels like Prodvx, Philips, etc
But now on IIYAMA touchscreen it is not visible on our teamviewer application.
Setup with email and password is okay, the app looks good, but not visable ?
Anyone an idea what is going wrong
