I am still in the process of working out how connection logging works in TeamViewer Management Console. I have found the connection logging screen thanks to help from JeanK.
However, the data about the session here is limited to the date, time and duration of the session and I would like to know about what actually happens during the session. The answer to these seems to be to use polices which are applied to computers and other devices.
However, if I understand the process correctly, in order to assign policies to a device it needs to be
Logged in a group under computers and contacts
Assigned as a trusted device
Assigned to the account from the policies tab in the device details.
I think I have managed the first 2 steps here, the device is shown in My Computers and I think I have assigned it as a trusted device.
However, the process of assigning the device to the account is not working. I click on Assign to account, and enter the account password as requested, I am getting the message "Account Assignment Failed"
Can anyone advise me of a solution to this problem?
