Just checked, and it is "full access".
In the meantime, I could remote control other computers using this paid account.

Maybe I didn't express it clearly.
I could control other computers but not this one I mentioned. This means one of my computers could not be remote-controlled.
Excuse me for the misunderstanding!
What about checking the setting on the remote device, or is it possible to ask someone to check the remote side?
If the same issue persists, can you kindly share the device information like the operating system, device type and TeamViewer version please?
