Detailed instructions to setup/edit Easy Access on remote computer
Hi:
Being a newbie to TeamViewer, I think I have incorrectly setup Easy Access on a remote device. For the life of me I can't get it to work.
I shall much appreciate receiving detailed instructions as to the required settings and options on the remote device including details of TeamViewer account that is required (if any). Also, is it possible to edit the remote device's current settings - or should the app be deleted and reloaded? (If reloaded, are there residual registry entries that will contaminate the reloading process)
I suspect that that the email address entered in the remote setup should be that of the account on my device - but I am unable to edit it.
Currently I am using a business licence on my device and a free licence on the remote device.

For Easy Access setup, the most important step is to sign in to the TeamViewer Account successfully on the devices. In the meantime, you will be asked to complete Trusted devices emails.
