I have three phones I'm using this with, one doesn't work

I'm using Host on both the two mobile devices I connect to from my main device, but the newest one doesn't connect without consenting every time.

I've checked, both have identical settings besides the name I set for them, and I am using host, not quick connect, already made that mistake in the past.
